We visualise it like a high prison wall with barbs that hurt, and a height that threatens those around us. Could we reframe this? What if we envisaged boundaries as beautiful protectors of our rest and hope and peace. Tall and proud they encircle relationships gifting them health, space and longevity. Boundary work requires practice: start small, be consistent, hold fast against push back, and be kind to yourself in the midst. You can do it đź’—.
