This practice of building and maintaining healthy boundaries takes time, intentionality, and a reminding of self as to why you are doing it. In this season, be kind to yourself, remember to rest, build in self care in whatever form works best for you. Most of all allow yourself the freedom to make mistakes, and the grace to then recover from them.
